The Soul Stripped Retreat is an opportunity for you to come together in co-creation with other women, just like you who, desire to experience themselves like never before. To reconcile any self-limiting beliefs, trauma and outside influence so you can uncover and connect with your unique electric energy. Each experience, exclusively led by women, will slowly strip away what is holding you back from fully sinking into and honoring your soul. Remembering who you are and who you've always been is going to be the THING that'll get you super clear on what you want and how you want to show up in the world. And after 7 days together, you can expect to leave the retreat with a new sisterhood, an unwavering sense of self, and an aligned vision for how you want to move through this one precious life.

DAILY MINDFULNESS PRACTICES

We place an emphasis on  practices, such as yoga, breathwork and meditation because we believe they have the strongest ability to help us peel back layers of protection to unearth us from the past and into our present.

From communication to shadow work and self-confidence we want you to have everything you need when you leave this weekend feeling connected to yourself and like you can live in a way that feels more aligned with your heart's desire every day.

Community connection is such a sacred experience and one of the best ways to learn more about yourself. So expect plenty of down time to bond and have fun!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:


7 days, 6 nights at our luxurious, private retreat home - Villa La Coya. Villa La Coya is located in La Veneta, within the heart the jungle. The spacious villa boasts floor to ceiling windows to take in the natural light, breath taking views of its luscious scenery from the roof top deck, and a pool with a swim up bar and grill. 

Community building before we even come together to retreat. We'll meet via Zoom 3 times together to unite our hearts. During these calls we will get to know each other on a deeper level, breathe, and be in co-creation with the energy that exists between us all. Think of these 3 calls a the preamble to the best week of your life! It's really going to set the tone for everything we do!

Daily yoga, guided breathwork, sound baths and meditation.

Workshops guided by one of 5 incredible leaders! Journal sessions and space for guided self reflection.

All meals in-house are included! We will be traveling outside the house for dinner one night in celebration of our week together and to enjoy the local cuisine. 

Airport transfers upon arrival and departure during specified times from Cancun International Airport.

Individual 20 min empowering photography session with our Soul Stripped photographer, Stacy Musgrave. This mini session includes 3 digital images to look back on this experience as THE MOMENT that changed your life! Working with Stacy is such a grounding and freeing experience. 60 minute in-home spa massage.

Guided excursion outside of the house to experience the beauty of Tulum.

Free time for exploring the local surrounding area, relaxing by the pool or simply creating connections.

Deep rooted friendships fostered in an truly intimate, raw and magical way that will carry well beyond the retreat.
